Joe is a producer, film programmer and lover of archives originally from Leeds.
Alongside this role, she works at Sefton Libries/At The Library as a producer on their community arts programme, and runs regular community film screenings as a member of Liverpool’s blooming DIY cinema collective. She also plays in defense or as a left winger for Liverpool Trans Enby FC.
